This item contains a software developed for Windows systems (RPE_Pipeline-Win64) to segment and analyze retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cell and nucleus borders and sixteen intracellular organelles and structures. Specific instructions to use the software are available at https://github.com/NIH-NEI/RPE_Pipeline
A small demo dataset (RpeMapDemoData) and training data (RpeMapTrainingData) are also included.
