This data captures the spatial architecture of normal bone marrow in adults. </p><p dir="ltr">The PhenoCycler-Fusion experimental run was performed using Akoya’s Fusion 1.0.6 software according to Akoya’s PhenoImager Fusion User Guide. Images were taken and pre-processed (stitching, registration, background subtraction) with Akoya’s PhenoImager Fusion microscope using default settings.</p><p dir="ltr">See related materials in Collection at: https://doi.org/10.25452/figshare.plus.c.7174914</p>
