This dataset contains sequence data for n=738 human bloodstream Enterobacterales isolates collected from Oxfordshire, UK in 2008-2018:
- assemblies.tar.gz: Hybrid assemblies for all isolates, totalling 2618 circularised contigs (chromosomes and plasmids)
- long_reads.tar.gz: ONT long-reads for all isolates
- short_reads.tar.gz: Illumina paired-end short-reads for all isolates
