iPSCORE ATAC-seq: Transcription Factor Binding Predictions
This directory contains three files corresponding to transcription factor binding predictions in ATAC-seq peaks from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), iPSC-derived cardiovascular progenitor cells (CVPCs), and iPSC-derived pancreatic progenitor cells (PPCs) from the iPSCORE Collection. Transcription factor binding predictions were calculated by TOBIAS (Bentsen et al 2020) using both JASPAR and HOCOMOCO motifs.
The files are labeled as [tissue]_JASPAR_HOCOMOCO_Results_.txt. Each file has the following columns: Tissue the corresponding tissue; Peak_ID the identifier for the ATAC-seq peak; Database the motif database (either JASPAR or HOCOMOCO); TFBS_name the name of the motif; Bound whether the binding site was predicted to be bound by TOBIAS; TFBS_Chromsome, TFBS_Start, TFBS_End the genomic coordinates of the binding site in the hg38 build; TFBS_score the score of the binding site calculated by TOBIAS; and TFBS_Strand which strand the binding site is on.
